- What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Refunds:
NO REFUNDS UNLESS IT WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR PART (THE SELLER) and in that case
ONLY STORE CREDIT!
Returns:
You may return an item (Within 3 days of receiving the item) and receive full
in store credit ONLY if the item hasn't been worn and there are no signs of
wear or damage to the item (spots, dirt, smell, etc.)
You will not receive full in store credit if there are issue with an item that
are caused by you the customer.
Exchanges:
Only for items that are in stock and must be within 3 days of receiving the
item.
- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All Orders have a 1-5 day processing time (except preorder items) not including weekends and holidays.
Preorder Items: 1-10 day processing time
***Usually the processing turnover is 24 hours***
All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail
US: 1-3 days after shipped.
International: 6 - 10 days after shipped.
